Pocket Hammocks:
These are like regular square hammocks, but have two folds that come to the middle to form a large "pocket." They are very warm and cozy, and very popular!
I use brass or nickel-plated grommets, which are extremely sturdy and give you a solid place to hang them up in your cage. I have stainless-steel hooks available for hanging if you need them, $0.25 each!
